We create this circle for Your reflection, opening and freeing Your inner Feminine. There is so much out there for You to do and so many roles to play. Mother, lover, daughter, sister, friend, co-worker, etc — all these are different sides of You, but it’s also all You. Sometimes these roles are empowering and heart-filling, sometimes restricting and uncomfortable. It’s about You, Me, all of us. Join our New Moon Circle to connect with Your inner Self, Your inner Feminine, Your inner Power.

What to expect:

In this circle we will work through the body and voice with our inner truth.

We will start with Yoga movement, led by Mila. This part includes breathing, yoga postures, and dance-like movements to connect to the body and activate Her on all levels. A cup of heart-warming Cacao will help You open up and go deeper into reflection.

Empowering Singing, led by Ashley, will open the space for Singing to the Divine Feminine - inspiring, heart-awakening songs that call forth Your Inner Feminine. Through sound and vibration, You will be invited to soften, expand, and let Her flow freely. Sing like nobody sees You, let Your energy rise and move, and reconnect to Your Voice of Truth - the voice that has been waiting to open, express, and bloom.
